1. Synthesis of organosilicon micro lotion
First, add a certain amount of deionized water to the beaker, then add the corresponding amount of emulsifier, stir for 10 minutes, and then add a certain amount of D4 (octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane), stir for 20 minutes; Add the remaining deionized water to a four necked flask, raise the temperature to 50-60 ℃, add catalyst (dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid), and stir on a magnetic stirrer to raise the reaction temperature. After the catalyst is completely dissolved and uniform, add the pre emulsion dropwise and control the dropwise time. After dripping, maintain a constant temperature for a certain period of time and cool down.
2. Synthesis of amino and ether based composite modified organosilicon monomers
On the basis of the above silicone micro lotion, adjust the pH to weak acidity with the selected neutralizer, then add the modified amino silicone monomer, react at a constant temperature of 60 ℃ for a certain time, then add the modified ether based silicone monomer at this temperature, and finally neutralize at a lower temperature.
1. Lotion is easily affected by strong acid, strong base, strong electrolyte, etc., leading to quality changes. Pay attention to isolation from these substances. It is recommended to store at room temperature.
2. Packaging requires sealing. After filling the bucket, it should be tightly covered to avoid contact with air and forming a film. Once opened, it is recommended to use it up in a short period of time.
3. Operating temperature ≤ 60 ℃. Stir well before use.
4. The residual alkali of textiles and the pH value of the working fluid can both affect the finishing effect. It is necessary to clean the working fluid container before finishing.
5. The diluted working solution should not be stored at room temperature for more than 24 hours.
6. Do not add lotion directly into the container with fabric, so as to avoid uneven adsorption or even mottle caused by local rapid adsorption.
7. Although the amino lotion is compatible with most organic softeners and additives, for the sake of safety, compatibility tests must be carried out before mixing.
